Western Blot: HIST1H3A [ac Lys18] Antibody [NBP2-43535] - Untreated (-) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Histone H3K18ac (Acetyl Lys18) antibody diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (NBP2-19301) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
