Green: Histone H4 (di-Methyl Lys20) protein stained by Histone H4 (di-Methyl Lys20) antibody [282] diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
Chromatin Immunoprecipitation: Histone H4 [Dimethyl Lys20] Antibody (282) [NBP2-42860] - Cross-linked ChIP was performed with HeLa chromatin extract and 5 ug of either control mouse IgG or anti-Histone H4K20me2 (dimethyl Lys20) antibody. The precipitated DNA was detected by PCR with primer set targeting to MyoD.
