Scientific Data Images for Human AGTR-1 Antibody
Detection of Human AGTR‑1 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of human liver tissue and human lung tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human AGTR-1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB102441) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF018). A specific band was detected for AGTR-1 at approximately 43 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Applications for Human AGTR-1 Antibody

Background: AGTR-1
Type-1 angiotensin II receptor, AGTR1, is a seven transmembrane domain (7TM) G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) that mediates the cardiovascular effects of angiotensin II. At least four transcript variants have been described for the AGTR1 gene.
