Scientific Data Images for Human CCR6 Antibody

Detection of CCR6 antibody in CD19+ Human PBMCs antibody by Flow Cytometry.

Detection of CCR6 in CD19+ Human PBMCs by Flow Cytometry.

Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD19 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB4867P) and either Mouse Anti-Human CCR6 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB195R, filled histogram) or Mouse IgG2B Isotype Control (Catalog # MAB0041) followed by Goat anti-Mouse IgG APC-conjugated secondary antibody (Catalog # F0101B). CCR6 antibody in Human Spleen by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P).

CCR6 in Human Spleen.

CCR6 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human spleen using Mouse Anti-Human CCR6 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB195R) at 5 µg/mL for 1 hour at room temperature followed by incubation with the Anti-Mouse IgG VisUCyte™ HRP Polymer Antibody (Catalog # VC001). Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm in splenocytes.
