Scientific Data Images for Human CCR9 Antibody

CCR9 antibody in MOLT-4 Human Cell Line by Immunocytochemistry (ICC).

CCR9 in MOLT‑4 Human Cell Line.

CCR9 was detected in immersion fixed MOLT-4 human acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell line using Mouse Anti-Human CCR9 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB179) at 25 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to plasma membranes. View our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Non-adherent Cells.

Background: CCR9

CCR9 is a G protein-linked seven transmembrane domain cytokine receptor. CCR9 serves as a receptor for CCL25/TECK. It is expressed on mature and immature thymocytes and some peripheral T and B cells.
