Detection of Human FoxO1/FKHR by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of 293T human embryonic kidney cell line and JEG-3 human epithelial choriocarcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human FoxO1/FKHR Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5939) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for FoxO1/FKHR at approximately 70 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Simple Western lane view shows lysates of 293T human embryonic kidney cell line, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for FoxO1/FKHR at approximately 93 kDa (as indicated) using 10 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human FoxO1/FKHR Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5939) followed by 1:50 dilution of HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016).
