Detection of Human GATA-1 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line and TS1 mouse helper T cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Human GATA-1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1779) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). A specific band was detected for GATA-1 at approximately 50 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Applications for Human GATA-1 Antibody
