Scientific Data Images for Human GM-CSF Antibody
Detection of GM‑CSF in Human Dendritic Cells by Flow Cytometry.
Human dendritic cells treated with LPS, Recombinant Human TNF-a (210-TA), and Recombinant Human TGF-beta 1 (240-B) were stained with Mouse Anti-Human GM-CSF Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB615, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (IC002P, open histogram) followed by Goat anti-Mouse IgG PE-conjugated Secondary Antibody (F0102B). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (FC005). Staining was performed using our Staining Intracellular Molecules protocol.Applications for Human GM-CSF Antibody
