Detection of Human GPR35 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of human ileum tissue and MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human GPR35 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB10181) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for GPR35 at approximately 34 kDa (as indicated).
