Detection of IFN‑ alpha / beta R1 in Human U937 cell line by Flow Cytometry.

Human U937 histiocytic lymphoma cell line was stained with Mouse Anti-Human IFN-a/ beta R1 Alexa Fluor® 647-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB245R, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (IC002R, open histogram). Staining was performed using our Staining Membrane-associated Proteins protocol.
