Detection of Human BCAP by Western Blot.
Western Blot shows lysates of RL human non-Hodgkin's lymphoma B cell line and Daudi human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/ml of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse BCAP Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4857) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). Specific bands were detected for BCAP at approximately 80 kDa and 100 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Western Blot Buffer Group 1.Applications for Human/Mouse BCAP Antibody
