Scientific Data Images for Human/Mouse BLMH/Bleomycin Hydrolase Antibody
Detection of Human and Mouse BLMH by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cell line and Neuro-2A mouse neuroblastoma cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human BLMH Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6200) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for BLMH at approximately 53 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.Applications for Human/Mouse BLMH/Bleomycin Hydrolase Antibody
