Scientific Data Images for Human/Mouse/Rat alpha-Synuclein Antibody
Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat alpha-Synuclein by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of human brain (cerebellum) tissue, mouse brain (cerebellum) tissue, and rat brain (cerebellum) tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat a-Synuclein Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB13381) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for a-Synuclein at approximately 17 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.alpha-Synuclein in Human Brain.
a-Synuclein was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human brain (substantia nigra) using Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat a-Synuclein Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB13381) at 15 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS002) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to synaptic varicosities. View our protocol for Chromogenic IHC Staining of Paraffin-embedded Tissue Sections.Applications for Human/Mouse/Rat alpha-Synuclein Antibody
