Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat RSK by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line, and L6 rat myoblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat RSK Pan Specific Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2056) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for RSK at approximately 95 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Detection of Human RSK by Simple WesternTM.
Simple Western lane view shows lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line and HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for RSK at approximately 86 kDa (as indicated) using 20 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat RSK Pan Specific Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2056).
