Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line was stained with Rat Anti-Human MyD88 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB29281, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB0061, open histogram), followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG F(ab')₂Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0113). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with para-formaldehyde and permeabilized with saponin.

Lyophilized product is shipped at ambient temperature. Liquid small pack size (-SP) is shipped with polar packs. Upon receipt, store immediately at the temperature recommended below.

Myeloid Differentiation primary response gene 88 (MyD88) contains a cytoplasmic Toll/interleukin 1 receptor (TIR) and functions as an adaptor protein in Toll-like receptor signaling. It is expressed in many adult tissues including heart, kidney and liver tissue and in monocyte, T, B, NK and dendritic cells.
