NF-L in U-251 MG Human Cell Line.
NF-L was detected in immersion fixed U-251 MG human glioblastoma cell line (positive staining) and K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line (negative staining) using Mouse Anti-Human NF-L Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB22162) at 8 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm. Staining was performed using our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Non-adherent Cells.

NF-L mRNA was detected in formalin-fixed U-251 MG human glioblastoma cell line probed with ACD RNAScope®Probe-Hs-NEFL (Catalog # 468671) and stained using ACD RNAscope®2.5 HD Detection Reagents-RED (Catalog # 32260).
