Detection of Phospho-IFN-alpha / beta R1 (S535/S539) by Western Blot
Western blot of immunoprecipitates from HEK293 cells transfected with 1) Mock, 2) IFN-alpha R1 wild type, and 3) IFN-alpha R1 S535A and S539A mutants showing specific immunolabeling of the ~110 kDa to ~130 kDa IFN-alpha R1 wild type. The immunolabeling is absent in the IFN-alpha R1 S535 and S539 mutants (Control).
