Detection of Human Pregnancy Zone Protein/PZP by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysate of human pregnancy sera. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Pregnancy Zone Protein/PZP Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB8280) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for Pregnancy Zone Protein/PZP at approximately 180 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Mouse Anti-Human Pregnancy Zone Protein/PZP Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB8280) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate.
