Recommended Usage

Direct ELISA

This antibody can be used at 0.2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human ROR.

Immunohistochemistry

This antibody can be used at 10 - 20 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human ROR.

Immunoprecipitation

Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory.

Western Blot

This antibody can be used at 1 μg/mL under reducing conditions with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human ROR.
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.

Stability & Storage

This antibody is stable for greater than six months when held at -20 °C in a manual defrost freezer or at -70 °C. Upon thawing, the antibody can be stored at 2-8 °C for at least 1 month without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
