SOX17 antibody in BG01V Human Embryonic Stem Cells by Immunocytochemistry (ICC).

SOX17 in BG01V Human Embryonic Stem Cells.

SOX17 was detected in immersion fixed definitive endoderm-differentiated BG01V human embryonic stem cells using Mouse Anti-Human SOX17 Alexa Fluor® 488‑conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (green, left panel; Catalog # IC19241G) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature and counterstained with DAPI (blue, right panel). Specific staining was localized to nuclei. View our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Cells on Coverslips.
Detection of SOX17 antibody in Definitive Endoderm-differentiated BG01V Human Stem Cells antibody by Flow Cytometry.

Detection of SOX17 in Definitive Endoderm-differentiated BG01V Human Stem Cells by Flow Cytometry.

Definitive endoderm-differentiated BG01V human embryonic stem cells were stained with Mouse Anti-Human SOX17 Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC19241G, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC002G, open histogram). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (Catalog # FC005). Background: SOX17

SOX17 is a member of the SOX family of transcription factors that bind DNA via a high mobility group (HMG) domain. SOX17 is suggested to play an important role in endoderm development (1, 2).
