Immunoprecipitation: INO80 Antibody [NBP1-78758] - Detection of human INO80 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-INO80 antibody NBP1-78758 lot 2 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. INO80 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-INO80 antibody NBP1-78759. For blotting immunoprecipitated INO80, NBP1-78759 was used at 0.04 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Background: INO80

INOC1 is the human homolog of S. cerevisiae Ino80, the catalytic ATPase subunit of the INO80 chromatin remodeling complex (Shen et al., 2000 (PubMed 10952318); Bakshi et al., 2004 (PubMed 15207721)). INOC1 defines a subfamily of SWI2/SNF2 chromatin remodeling proteins; see SMARCA (MIM 600014) for background information.(supplied by OMIM)
