1 ug/ml of KCNQ1 Antibody was sufficient for detection of KCNQ1 in 10 ug of COS-1 cell lysate transiently expressing KCNQ1 by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary Antibody.
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
