Western Blot: MDM2/HDM2 Antibody [NBP2-17247] - Untreated (-) and treated (+) HepG2 whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MDM2 antibody. HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
Multiple bands were observed 60 ~ 97 kDa. It is possibly due to alternative splicing.
