Specificity
Mono- and polyubiquitinylated conjugates Antibody (UBCJ2) has been shown to detect K48 and K63-linked mono- and polyubiquitinylated proteins. Although not tested, in theory, this antibody should react to all mono- and polyubiquitinylated protein conjugates, regardless the linkage (K6, K11, K27, K29, K33, K48 or K63).
