Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MORC2 antibody NB600-236 used for IP at 3 ug per reaction. MORC2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-MORC2 antibody NB600-237. For blotting immunoprecipitated MORC2, NB600-236 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

By Western Blot, this antibody recognizes a band at ~111 kDa, representing ZCWCC1 protein. May be used for immunoprecipitation, as well. Suggested working dilutions: * Western Blot - 1:2,500-1:10,000 Immunoprecipitation - 2-5 ug/mg lysate Immunohistochemistry - ND *The investigator should determine the optimal working dilution for a specific application.
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
