Detects mouse IL-2 R beta in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IL-2 R beta, rhIL‑2 R alpha, recombinant mouse (rm) IL-2 R gamma, rmIL-21 R, or rhIL-15 R is observed. In Western blots under reducing conditions, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with rhIL-2 R beta is observed.
