Detects mouse Lymphotoxin betaR/TNFRSF3 in direct ELISA and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) LT beta R is observed, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) 4-1BB, rmCD27, rmOPG, rmRANK, rmCD30, rmCD40, rhDR6, rmTNF RI, rmTNF RII, rmEDAR, rmFas and rmGITR is observed.
