Detection of NKG2A in HEK293 Human Cell Line transfected with Mouse NKG2A and eGFP by Flow Cytometry
HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with either (A) mouse NKG2A or (B) irrelevant protein, and eGFP, was stained with Rat anti-mouse NKG2A monoclonal antibody (Catalog # MAB6867) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (F0113). Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (MAB0061, data not shown). Staining was performed using our Staining Membrane-Associated Proteins protocol.Detection of NKG2A/CD159a in Mouse Splenocytes by Flow Cytometry.
Mouse splenocytes were stained with Rat Anti-Mouse NKG2A/CD159a Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6867) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0113) and Rat Anti-Mouse Integrin a2/CD49b PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB1740P).
