Recombinant Mouse TL1A/TNFSF15 (Catalog # 1896-TL) induces apoptosis in the TF-1 human erythroleukemic cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Apoptosis elicited by Recombinant Mouse TL1A/TNFSF15 (500 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Rat Anti-Mouse TL1A/TNFSF15 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1896). The ND50 is typically 0.8-4 µg/ml.

Recombinant Mouse TL1A/TNFSF15 protein was serially diluted 2-fold and captured by Rat Anti-Mouse TL1A/TNFSF15 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB18961) coated on a Clear Polystyrene Microplate (Catalog # DY990). Rat Anti-Mouse TL1A/TNFSF15 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1896) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (Catalog # DY998) followed by Substrate Solution (Catalog # DY999) and stopping the enzymatic reaction with Stop Solution (Catalog # DY994).Applications for Mouse TL1A/TNFSF15 Antibody

Measured by its ability to neutralize TL1A/TNFSF15-induced apoptosis in the TF‑1 human erythroleukemic cell line. Migone, T. et al. (2002) Immunity 16:479. The Neutralization Dose (ND50) is typically 0.8-4 μg/ml in the presence of 500 ng/mL Recombinant Mouse TL1A/TNFSF15.
