ICC/IF successful usage for human primary hepatocytes is reported in scientific literature (PMID: 20395535). Use in Immunohistochemistry-Frozen reported in scientific literature (PMID: 31669256).WB reactivity reported in (PMID: 25263207). Data obtained from a previous batch (different goat). WB: Approx. 170 kDa band observed in rat renal cortex membranes (calculated MW of 149 kDa band according to rat NP_596902.1 and 150 kDa band according to human NP_005836.2) is provided by Dr. Antje Steinbach, Ernst-Moritz-Arndt University of Greifswald, Germany. Data obtained from a previous batch (different goat). IHC-P: Human prostate shows strong cytoplasmic staining in small flat basal cells and weak cytoplasmic staining in the columnar secretory cells of the epithelium.
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
