Western Blot: MYLIP Antibody (OTI3A2)Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-72862]

Western Blot: MYLIP Antibody (OTI3A2)Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-72862]

Western Blot: MYLIP Antibody (OTI3A2) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-72862] - HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY MYLIP (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-MYLIP.

Background: MYLIP

The ERM protein family members ezrin, radixin, and moesin are cytoskeletal effector proteins linking actin to membrane-bound proteins at the cell surface. Myosin regulatory light chain interacting protein (MYLIP) is a novel ERM-like protein that interacts with myosin regulatory light chain and inhibits neurite outgrowth. (provided by RefSeq)
