Western Blot: Nesprin 2 Antibody (6C11) [NBP2-59944] - HEK293 cells transiently expressing either GFP alone or GFP fused a small Nesp2 isoform (Nesp2a2DKASH) lacking the C-terminal KASH domain. This small isoform contains the ~180 residue Nesp2 polypeptide that was employed in the immunogen.
