Western Blot: Nkx3.1 Antibody [NB100-492] - Detection of recombinant NKX3.1 protein (36 kDa) in WB assay using NB100-492. 250ng of purified recombinant HIS-tagged NKX3.1 full length protein was loaded onto a SDS-PAGE gel and NKX3.1 primary antibody was used at a 1:5000 dilution for 1 hour. Recombinant HIS-tagged NKX3.1 protein band appeared at 36 kDa, whereas the two higher MW bands represents a dimer and a trimer, as these occur in all studies of NKX3.1.Applications for NKX3.1 Antibody - BSA Free
