Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: OGG1 Antibody (2B4) [NBP2-52724] - A431 cells were fixed for 10 minutes using 10% formalin and then permeabilized for 5 minutes using 1X TBS + 0.5% Triton X-100. The cells were incubated with OGG1 (2B4) at a 1:100 dilution overnight at 4 degrees Celsius and detected with DyLight 488 (Green) at a 1:500 dilution. Actin was detected with Phalloidin 568 (Red) at a 1:200 dilution. Nuclei were detected with DAPI (Blue) at 2.0 ug/ml in 1X PBS. Flow (Intracellular): OGG1 Antibody (2B4) [NBP2-52724] - An intracellular stain was performed on HeLa cells with OGG1 (2B4) antibody NBP2-52724 (Blue) and a matched isotype control NBP2-27231 (Orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeablized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature, followed by mouse F(ab)2 IgG (H+L) APC-conjugated secondary antibody (F0101B, R&D Systems).Applications for OGG1 Antibody (2B4) - BSA Free
