Immunoprecipitation: P2Y2 Antibody [NBP2-15060]

Immunoprecipitation: P2Y2 Antibody [NBP2-15060]

Immunoprecipitation: P2Y2 Antibody [NBP2-15060] - Immunoprecipitation of P2Y2 protein from 293T whole cell extracts using 5 ug of P2Y2 antibody [N3C3]. Western blot analysis was performed using P2Y2 antibody [N3C3]. EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG was used as a secondary reagent.
P2Y2 Antibody

Western Blot: P2Y2 Antibody [NBP2-15060] -

Western Blot: P2Y2 Antibody [NBP2-15060] - Mouse tissue extract (50 ug) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with P2Y2 antibody [N3C3] (NBP2-15060) diluted at 1:3000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Background: P2Y2/P2RY2

The product of this gene belongs to the family of G-protein coupled receptors. This family has several receptor subtypes with different pharmacological selectivity, which overlaps in some cases, for various adenosine and uridine nucleotides. This receptor is responsive to both adenosine and uridine nucleotides. It may participate in control of the cell cycle of endometrial carcinoma cells. Three transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified for this gene. [provided by RefSeq]
