WB: Approx. 45 kDa band observed in lysates of human brain (cerebellum), duodenum, kidney and Skin, in rat duodenum and stomach lysates, in A431 and HeLa lysates, and in nuclear lysates of Jurkat (calculated MW of 45.2 kDa band according to NP_852125.1 and of 44.8 kDa band according to NP_852126.1). IHC-P: Human Oesophagus shows nuclear staining of cells in the Squamous Epithelium. Data obtained from a previous batch (different goat). Use in immunoprecipitation reported in scientific literature (PMID: 16945326).
