Western Blot: Paxillin [p Tyr118] Antibody (GT712) [NBP3-13552] - Wild-type (WT) and Paxillin (phospho Tyr118) knockout (KO) HeLa cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Paxillin (phospho Tyr118) antibody [GT712] (NBP3-13552) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (NBP2-19382) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
