This TIP47 antibody is useful for Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence. In Western Blot analysis, a band is seen approx. 47 kDa (isoform B, containing the first 184 residues that isoform A is lacking). In ICC/IF, endosomal staining was observed in U2OS cells.
In Simple Western only 10 - 15 uL of the recommended dilution is used per data point. Separated by Size-Wes, Sally Sue/Peggy Sue.
