Western Blot: PRKCSH Antibody (A6H9-R) [NBP3-32386] - Western blot analysis of PRKCSH on different lysates with Mouse anti-PRKCSH antibody (NBP3-32386) at 1/1,000 dilution.

Exposure time: 5 minutes;

4-20% SDS-PAGE gel.

Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (NBP3-32386) at 1/1,000 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4 overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at 1/50,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Background: PRKCSH

PRKCSH encodes the beta-subunit of glucosidase II, an N-linked glycan-processing enzyme in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). This protein is an acidic phospho-protein known to be a substrate for protein kinase C. Mutations in this gene have been associated with the autosomal dominant polycystic liver disease (PCLD). Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been observed. [provided by RefSeq]
