Flow Cytometry: PRMT5 Antibody (RAB-C136) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-20131] - HeLa cells were fixed using 2% PFA and stained with anti-unknown specificity antibody (isotype control, black line) or the rabbit IgG1 version of RAB-C136 (NBP3-20131, blue line) at a dilution of 1:100 for 1h at RT. Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: PRMT5 Antibody (RAB-C136) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-20131] - Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HeLa cells on Shi-fix(TM) coverslips stained with the chimeric rabbit IgG version of RAB-C136 (NBP3-20131) at 10 ug/ml for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor(R) 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/ml), showing membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom NBP3-20131, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control.
