RhoA Antibody (3G7)

Immunohistochemistry: RhoA Antibody (3G7) [NBP3-26344] -

Immunohistochemistry: RhoA Antibody (3G7) [NBP3-26344] - Image of RhoA Antibody (3G7) diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human lung cancer performed. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4C overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit IgG polymer labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.

Background: RhoA

RhoA belongs to the small GTPase superfamily, Rho family. It regulates a signal transduction pathway linking plasma membrane receptors to the assembly of focal adhesion and actin stress fibers. It serves as a target for the yopT cysteine peptidase from Yersinia pestis, vector of the plague, and Yersinia pseudotuberculosis, which causes gastrointestinal disorders. It binds PRKCL1, ROCK1 and ROCK2. Interacts with NET1 and ARHGEF3.
