Immunoprecipitation:RLTPR AntibodyNBP3-30553] -Detection of human CARMIL2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CARMIL2 antibody (NBP3-30553 lot 1) used for IP at 1 µg per reaction. CARMIL2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CARMIL2..
