Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RRAGD antibody NBP2-32106 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. RRAGD was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-RRAGD antibody BL16070. For blotting immunoprecipitated RRAGD, NBP2-32106 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
