NB 100-298 may be used for Western Blot where a band at ~145 kD is seen on SDS-PAGE. It may also be used for immunocytochemistry. Suggested working dilutions: * Western Blot 1:1,000-1:10,000 (ECL) Immunocytochemistry 1:500-1:2,000 Immunoprecipitation Not Done *The investigator should determine the optimal working dilution for a specific application.
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
