Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: SALL4 Antibody [NBP2-98704] - Immunofluorescence staining of SALL4 in HESS9 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-human SALL4 polyclonal antibody (1:1000) at 4C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor(R)594-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (red), counterstained beta-tubulin (green) and DAPI (blue).
