WB: Experiments gave bands at approx. 110 kDa band and 85 kDa band in MOLT4 lysates after 0.3ug/ml antibody staining. The observed 110 kDa band corresponds to earlier findings in scientific literature with different antibodies (PMID: 9548713). This protein has a calculated MW of 86.0 kDa band according to NP_002962.1. IHC-P: Human thymus shows select nuclear staining.
