Semaphorin 3A synthetic peptide (coupled to carrier protein) corresponding to amino acids in the C-terminal region of human Semaphorin 3A. The sequence used has two amino acid differences from rat and mouse Semaphorin 3A, and has low homology to other semaphorin family members. [UniProt# Q14563]

The antibody detects a 95kDa protein corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of Semaphorin 3A on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of human recombinant Semaphorin 3A/Fc chimera and human A431 cells.
