Scientific Data Images for Slo3 Antibody - Azide and BSA Free

Western Blot Shows Human Slo3 Specificity Using Overexpression Cell Line.

Western Blot Shows Human Slo3 Specificity Using Overexpression Cell Line.

Western blot shows 40 μg of RIPA lysates from HEK 293 control (-) and overexpressing Slo3 (+). Nitrocellulose membrane was probed with Slo3 Antibody - Azide and BSA Free (Catalog # NBP3-05611) followed by HRP-conjugated goat anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for Slo3 at approximately 138 kDa (as indicated) in the overexpressing Slo3 cell line. Primary antibody dilution used: 1/1000. The Ponceau stained transfer of the blot is shown. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions. Image, protocol, and testing courtesy of YCharOS Inc.
