Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Sodium Potassium ATPase Alpha 3 Antibody (XVIF9-G10) [NB300-540] - Sodium/Potassium ATPase alpha-3 staining (green), F-Actin staining with Phalloidin (red) and nuclei with DAPI (blue) in U251 glioma cells is shown. Cells were grown on chamber slides and fixed with formaldehyde prior to staining. May be useful in WB, IF, and IHC-Fr. WB: Detects an approx. 110 kDa protein representing the alpha-3 subunit of the sodium/potassium ATPase from canine skeletal muscle extract. IHC: Staining of sodium / potassium ATPase in rat retina yields a pattern consistent with plasma membrane localization.
