Immunoprecipitation: TAF2 Antibody [NBP1-21372]
Immunoprecipitation: TAF2 Antibody [NBP1-21372] - Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TAF2 antibody used for IP at 10 mcg/mg lysate. TAF2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TAF2 antibody NBP1-21371, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated TAF2, was used at 1 ug/ml.
